Emerald Bay for eligible groups

Under the Home Affairs Department guidance on private recreational leases, Victoria Recreation Club promotes sports facilities at its Emerald Bay Clubhouse for use by eligible outside bodies.

Eligible bodies include schools registered under the Education Ordinance, NGOs subvented by Social Welfare, uniformed and youth groups subvented by Home Affairs, and National Sports Associations recognised by SF&OC Hong Kong, China and international federations.
